kites is the alter ego of providence rhode islands solo noise artist chris forgues
who is totally into building his own instruments wich means mostly screaming and farting oscillators that rip shit apart even your deaf grandma cant escape the frequencies of his sinewave producing little monsters
the "superior moon"-tape was released in 2006 on his own small label "unskilled labor" wich also had a couple of other great releases musically his tapes,cdrs and lps vary from release to release sometimes drony harsh or raw teeth to concrete bubbling oscillators

he definetly is my alltime favorite noise artist ever

this is a cdr reissue of BLACK TENTS "pardon me you re teeth are in my neck-tape" and "chihuahua style-cdr"
BLACK TENT isnt active anymore but used to be from 2003 to 2005 at least that is what his release dischography tells
he did some split releases with chris pottinger/cotton museum wich now plays in slither a sax/clarinette duo with heath moerland from sick llama
anyways this is real great oscillator based noise something between farty beaty bumpy and harsh
